ACCOMMODATION Terms & Conditions

• No children allowed.
• No smoking allowed in apartments.
• Accommodation reservations are not secure until 50% deposit from the guest and written confirmation by the establishment is received.
• Any accommodation bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival require full prepayment to secure the booking.
• Bookings cancelled 45 – 30 days prior to arrival, 25% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled 30 – 21 days prior to arrival, 50% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled 21 – 14 days prior to arrival, 75% of deposit will be forfeited.
• Bookings cancelled 14 days of arrival, 100% of deposit will be forfeited.
• All Accommodation refunds are subject to a 15% administration fee.
• In the event of premature departure, the full duration of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed will apply.
• Refunds and Pre-payments for accommodation bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re sell the rooms.
• All rates are inclusive of 15 % VAT.
